Andy Bellamy is a certified psychotherapist through the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. He works as a mental health and substance use counselor with Northern Health. Andy helps people develop rational thinking to become more empowered with their thoughts and emotions. He is a strong proponent of meditation as a daily lifestyle.

Each session will explore a different type of meditation. You are welcome to attend any or all sessions that are of interest. Registration is not required, though it is suggested so we know how many people to expect.
